In response to the changes for the solar rebate program, Aussie Solar is aiming to make a 1kw solar system affordable for all Australian homes.

To achieve this we are seeking communities to gather 30 or more willing participants in their local area to purchase a 1kw solar system.

The Solar system will need to be paid in full, and following the solar installation the federal government rebate are paid EFT into an account of your choice.

About this community offer?

• Minimum of 30 systems to be eligible for the project.
• Priced From $990.00* after payment of rebates Installed on a basic tin roof house. To enquire about prices please contact us today.
• Must be paid for in full prior to pre application for rebates are submitted.
• Systems usually installed within weeks of rebate approval.
• Must supply copies of rates notice and drivers license for application.
• Pricing will vary depending on house construction.
• All systems must be located within a township, suburb or community area. (nominal 15km radius)
• The customer is paid the rebates after the installation is complete directly from the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts.

Project Coordinator Free 1kw System

As an incentive for coordinating 30 systems in your local area, Aussie Solar is offering your 1kw system free of charge* (Aussie solar will still claim rebates). Yes that's right for all of your hard work organising 30 participants in the project we are rewarding the project coordinator with a free 1kw grid feed system installed on their house.

As some groups have multiple coordinators and feel they do not deserve a free system if others are paying, we still offer the free system to be given to someone in the community who the coordinators feel deserve it. So for every 30 systems installed in your project you will receive a free system to someone who is eligible to sign over their rebates and RECs.

The basic Tin Roof System Costs

$9,990.00 inc GST Installed.

Extra costs required may include -

Tile Roof Brackets, Metering, tilt frames, outdoor inverter enclosure etc.
