1. Contact an electrician to allow our solar system to be directly wired into your meter board
Once the connection to the mains has been completed we are able to complete your installation and organize your metering from your energy provider for you.
Aussie Solar will connect your home to the Grid if it is a Standard connection. NET metering and connections to sub boards are not standard.
Compliant solar systems are determined by individual energy providers and may change. It is your responsibility as a customer of the electricity group to be informed of the compliance and billing. Below are links to their web sites with information.
Aussie Solar want to help you as much as we can. With all of the new schemes and tariffs in place we are overloaded with questions that we are unable to answer. Aussie Solar are “Solar Power installers” and our responsibility ends when we submit paperwork to your electricity provider.
Your electricity provider (Integral, Energy Australia or Country Energy) receive the paperwork from us asking permission to Connect to their Electricity Grid. Below are some points that may help you understand the process and responsibilities.
